Brigid Strong, also known as Delia Dantes, is a female human and the main antagonist in The Menagerie trilogy.
Appearance[]
Brigid is described as having friendly gray eyes, a round face, large gold glasses, and soft long dark black hair. At her first appearance, her hair was pinned up "in a loop with pretty strands escaping from it". She wore vanilla perfume.[1]
Biography[]
Pre-Series[]
At 10 years old, Brigid Strong went hiking with her parents, who were killed by Lacewing, a western dragon that thought they were a threat to her eggs.[2] Due to this, Brigid went undercover as Delia, to seek revenge on Lacewing's offspring, Scratch and Scritch. Later in her career, she began to accomplish this plan by drugging Scritch with what was described as a 'dragon PCP'[3], causing her to go crazy and be 'exterminated' by SNAPA.[4] In reality, Scritch was sent to the Arctic Menagerie with her mother.[5]
