Camp Underpaw

Camp Underpaw is a summer camp in Colorado that trains teens and pre-teens to learn how to track mythical animals in the wild.

A bonnacon enclosure is mentioned to be next to Kiri's enclosure, housing one bonnacon.

Kiri's Enclosure

The enclosure that houses Kiri is surrounded by a fence, and has a rope on a post that Kiri is tied to. It is close to the bonnacon's enclosure.

History

Dragon on Trial

Matthew Kahn explains how he was kicked out of Camp Underpaw after being dared by Geoff Landers and Bryson Polo to ride the camp's bonnacon. The bonnacon gave him scars all along one arm and one on his face, and it sprayed flaming poop that destroyed Kiri's enclosure. Matthew freed Kiri to save her life, and Kiri went missing since then.

Krakens and Lies

At the end of the book, it is revealed that Logan Wilde is going to Camp Underpaw.
