Matthew Kahn mentions the Tanzania Menagerie when thinking of a punishment for Ruby Kahn for refusing to dose Johnathan Sterling with kraken ink. He suggests they put her in the Tanzania Menagerie's Giant Mythical Insect research team, where she would feed enormous talking cockroaches and clean out the dens of monster spiders.
